Order return

To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

What items are returnable?

  • Within 14 days of your purchase date
  • In original condition
  • Must be Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging, with all tags still attached

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Washed and/or worn items
  • Final Sale or Clearance Items

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • Returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be deducted from the amount of your refund
  • If you received free shipping with your order, and your new order total falls below our free shipping threshold of $24.00, a $3.50 shipping fee will also be deducted from the amount of your refund
  • Original shipping charges paid by you are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for all return shipping charges

 

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
